SHOP POLICY [ ADD TO CART ]

Here is our new shop policy. We will be taking our policy very seriously.

❗️When at checkout please read and go over our policy that way we know you have agreed. ❗️

• [ For local pick up please add to your cart if you are local that way we know what time will work best for you ]

• As for our shop , no refunds, no exchanges can be made due to the press on nails being custom nails being made for each customer & for hygiene reasons.

• Cancellations can be made WITHIN 5 hours of your order being placed.

• For any custom orders ONCE I START working on your order. I will not be able to add ANY changes to your nails.

• However once you have received your nails after 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING if the nails are damaged or need to be fixed I can give you a replacement on me.

• Please be sure you do know your nail sizes , we are not held responsible if your nails do not fit. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND a sizing kit.
